This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders shipped within USA only.

Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Additionally, we offer the option for customers to request exchanges where suitable.

Accepted Product Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be returned in new condition, unused, and in its original packaging. We do not accept products that have been used beyond the purpose of basic inspection.

Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Method
All returns must be sent by mail. We do not currently accept in-store returns or drop-off returns.

Return Label Process
Once your return request is approved, a return label will be provided for you to download and print. You must attach the return label securely to your return package before sending it back to us.

Return Shipping Costs
We want to make your return experience as smooth as possible. Vivo Lamp will bear the full cost of the return shipping for approved returns. You will not be required to pay any return shipping fees.

Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees associated with any approved returns.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Currency
All refunds and exchanges are processed in USA (USD).
